i've made a profile on to track my caloric intake and calories burned every day. i've convinced two friends to join me in my efforts and keep me on track. i've equipped myself with a regular fitness ruitine program. sadly not even paying that nasty gym fee could make me keep up with my commitment. Finally, turn off your cellphone and wait for 5 seconds, turn it On again, log back into your Fitbit app and try to delete the weight. i've even joined a fancy gym where i forked out $65 a month in hopes that i would use that as incentive to partake in the group fitness. I recommend log out from your Fitbit app and after that try to clear your Fitbit app browser cache by going onto your phone settings, youll find applications there, tap it, tap on the Fitbit app and hit Clear Data.
CLEAR SETTING IN FITDAY ANDROID
i've vowed to workout 4 times a week for 20 mins at a time. The steps to clear your cache, cookies, and history may differ depending on the model of your Android device and your preferred browser, but you should be able to clear your cache and data from your application management settings menu: Go to Settings and choose Apps or Application Manager. This is not the first time that i've taken on a mission to get active. when i reach my goal i hope to be that runner snob that says 'i love running because it gives me time to think.' but at this point, the only thing i think about when i run is the pain in my chest and the throbbing of my head. in hopes of getting there, i take on this mission. i think it's safe to say that the reason i don't like running is because i'm not in shape. it's a nine week program that promises to make even the most sedentary person into a running machine.
